Submission Guidelines & Checklist
Please review the following requirements before submitting your manuscript.
Manuscript Preparation
- • Original Work – The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- • File Format – Submit in MS Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF.
- • Paper Structure – Title, Author(s) details, Abstract (150–250 words), Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References.
- • Length – Recommended 4–30 pages (including references).
- • Abstract & Keywords – Abstract (150–250 words) with 3–6 relevant keywords.
- • Plagiarism – Similarity should be below 10–15%.
- • Referencing Style – Follow APA/MLA/IEEE (as per journal guidelines).
- • Figures & Tables – Must be clear, properly numbered, and cited in the text.
Submission & Policies
- • Review Process – All papers undergo a double-blind peer review process through the Scholar9.com Network.
- • Submission – Upload via the journal’s submission portal or send by email (as per journal instructions).
- • Copyright – A signed copyright/consent form is required after acceptance.
- • Copyright remains with the author(s).
- • Published papers are licensed under Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives).
- • Author Details – Ensure that name, affiliation, and email of all authors are correct.
- • Open Access – All accepted papers will be published in an open-access journal for wider visibility.
